Aaarrgghhh!!!
This weather’s really unbearable! The rain this afternoon did nothing to cool the air down. In fact, it made matters worse. It’s not more humid than ever. I showered only a couple of hours ago and I’m already all sticky all over.
I took a nap this afternoon and I actually dreamt of air-conditioning. Yes. I don’t have air-conditioning in my room and the heat is really getting to me. The ice in my cup had disappeared in a matter of minutes and the supposedly ice cold coke that was meant to cool me down feels luke warm. Luke warm coke, disgusting eh?
Looking out the window now, I can see nothing moving among the trees. I mean, the trees are standing there, still as if they’re statues. I can literally sense the stillness in the air. It wouldn’t be so unbearable if there was at least a breeze blowing or something like that. Argh! Can’t take it anymore, I’m going take another shower, don’t think it’s going to help much but it’s the best option that I’ve got at this moment.
