!@@!!!#$%^*!!!! Redo! WTF!!! I think the govt should just fire their current batch of staff and re-hire new ones.
Also, I think the govt should re-think their hiring practice and engage people that have private sector experience. At least some of them got initiative and have the decency to want to finish the project.
