After what seems like years, it’s actually only been a month or so, eggs are finally reappearing in food places in Singapore. Prices are slowly dropping though we don’t expect them to return to the pre-bird flu days anytime soon.
I went down to Ya Kun kaya toast shop to have some of the delicious half boiled eggs and a french toast. As the eggs slide down my throat, I really just couldn’t believe that I could ever enjoy something so simple so much….
funny thing is, i didnt notice the shortage at all. maybe i dun eat enough eggs to realize.
