Maybe food stalls that sell noodles should require some form of certification to say that they KNOW how to cook noodles. Any decent person who knows how to cook noodles would know that you must first wash the noodle to remove the preservatives and then not to overcook the noodles into slush. It makes me want to throw up when I eat noodles that still taste like it just came out of the packaging or when it feels like some vomit in the mouth…
